Founder

Hi, I'm Brandon, I served in the U.S. Navy from 2011 to 2017 as a Navy Nuke on the USS Nebraska. I joined the military after realizing college wasn’t the right path for me—and like many veterans, I faced a tough transition when it was time to re-enter civilian life.

After navigating that experience, I found a passion for helping other veterans who feel misunderstood, lost, or unsure of how to take their next big steps. That’s why I started Highr1—to bridge the gap between service members and civilian careers, and to help veterans like you recognize the value you bring to the workforce.
